Bramley House is a privately owned children’s home provided by Mountain Rose Care Ltd. The home is registered for one child, aged 10 - 17 with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties, and offering both medium and long-term term residential placements for children of any gender. Some children may have mental health issues or learning difficulties in addition to their social and emotional needs, and these can be accommodated where they fall within the Home’s Certificate of Registration, and are not the primary diagnosis of need.
The Home offers a welcoming and supportive, nurturing environment, one which recognises that the children cared for are valued as individuals. It is our belief that all children are entitled to a high standard of care and support, and we therefore aim to provide a physically and emotionally safe environment that is “home from home”. The home is warm, bright, and non-institutionalised, and allows them to experience being a child within consistent, stable structures and boundaries. We aim to support children to reach their full potential and if appropriate, prepare to return home, live in a new placement, or live independently as an adult.
